IN-PERSON REQUEST:: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
(On pre-holidays, hours may vary.)

From the moment of discharge, it is possible to request a copy of the medical chart (including paper test results) and/or other clinical documents.
For information, requests, home delivery options, and prepayment (according to hospital rates), contact the Report Collection Office – Via Dante Alighieri 11 (Entrance A).

MORTUARY ROOMS

Open daily from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Access via Via Dante Alighieri 5 (Entrance C)

This service is directly managed by hospital staff.

Hospitalized patients may receive visits from family and friends during the hours indicated below.

Only one visitor at a time is allowed per patient.
During visits, both relatives and patients must wear a face mask properly.
An adequate interpersonal distance should be maintained whenever possible.
Before the visit, relatives must carefully sanitize their hands
